01 · Agreement and scope
Using miaminos means following these Terms.
These Terms govern access to and use of the website and services known as miaminos, including its educational library, calculators, testing explainers, free membership, account features, emailed worksheets, contact forms, and any features later identified as Vendor Intelligence. The website is operated by miaminos.
If a person does not agree to these Terms, they should not use the website or create a membership. Additional terms may apply to a future service only after they are presented to the user.
02 · Educational purpose
Information is educational, not individualized advice.
Miaminos provides general educational information. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment, legal advice, laboratory accreditation, prescribing, pharmacy, compounding, emergency, purchasing, or product-authentication services.
Peptide evidence and regulatory treatment vary by molecule, product, purpose, jurisdiction, date, and individual facts. Users are responsible for consulting qualified professionals and checking current official sources before acting on information from the site.
03 · Calculator
The calculator performs concentration math only.
Calculator results depend entirely on the values and units entered by the user. A result, syringe graphic, vial-capacity check, measurability warning, worksheet, or share link does not recommend an amount, validate a preparation, confirm a product, or establish that an intended use is lawful or appropriate.
Users must independently confirm the vial label, concentration, diluent volume, syringe type, printed scale, units, and arithmetic. “Units” on a U-100 syringe describe volume markings and are not milligrams or micrograms.
04 · Testing and reports
A report answers only the questions its methods support.
Educational material about HPLC, mass spectrometry, quantitative analysis, sterility, endotoxins, and certificates of analysis does not interpret or certify an individual product. Purity, identity, quantity, sterility, endotoxin results, sample provenance, and fitness for a particular purpose are separate questions.
A manufacturer certificate and an independent sample test report are not interchangeable. A result for one submitted sample does not establish the properties of every vial or batch and does not prove safety or suitability for human use.
05 · Regulatory information
Status summaries can change.
Canada and United States information is presented separately where practical. A status summary is not a complete legal opinion and may not address every issue involving possession, importation, prescribing, compounding, advertising, sale, professional practice, or border treatment. Users must verify the current primary record and obtain advice for their circumstances.
06 · Membership and email
Membership access and optional updates remain separate.
A member must provide an email address they are authorized to use, verify that address, and truthfully make the required age-of-majority and jurisdiction declaration. Members are responsible for access to their email account and for signing out of shared devices.
Membership may provide access to future Vendor Intelligence. Optional educational or regulatory updates require the member's separate selection. Members can change those choices or delete their membership from the account page. Necessary verification, security, and account-access notices remain separate from optional newsletters and ongoing Vendor Intelligence updates. Miaminos may suspend or terminate access used unlawfully, deceptively, abusively, or in a way that threatens the service or other people.
07 · Contributions and contact
Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
Contact forms and missing-topic suggestions are for legitimate questions, corrections, privacy requests, operational inquiries, and general educational topic ideas. Users should not submit medical records, urgent health concerns, confidential third-party material, unlawful content, malware, or information they have no right to provide.
A submitted missing-topic phrase may be grouped, paraphrased, or used to improve educational coverage without attribution. A private message is not made public merely because it was submitted. Vendor questionnaire information is governed by its separate privacy and public-use notice.
08 · Vendor Intelligence
Future vendor information is not an endorsement.
Vendor Intelligence is not available as a public directory at the last-updated date above. Before it launches, miaminos will describe its inclusion criteria, evidence levels, commercial disclosures, correction process, and limitations. Listing, documentation, independent testing, and sufficient data for scoring will remain distinct states.
Sponsorship or an affiliate relationship will not guarantee inclusion, favorable treatment, testing outcomes, or a score. Paid relationships must be clearly labeled and kept separate from editorial conclusions.
09 · Sources and third-party services
External links remain independent.
Miaminos links to government agencies, publishers, clinical-trial registries, laboratories, forums, and other third parties for context. Those services control their own material, availability, security, terms, and privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for the linked service.
10 · Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and without interference.
Users must not:
- Attempt to bypass membership, administration, or security controls
- Use automated requests in a way that disrupts or burdens the service
- Probe for credentials, private vendor material, or personal information
- Misrepresent affiliation with miaminos or another person
- Use miaminos content to support deceptive, unlawful, or misleading claims
- Remove source attribution or reproduce protected material beyond applicable permission or law
11 · Content and corrections
Sources remain attributable; corrections remain welcome.
Miaminos owns or licenses its original selection, organization, writing, design, code, and graphics, subject to the rights of cited sources and applicable law. Limited linking and fair quotation do not transfer ownership of third-party material.
Factual corrections, source concerns, copyright requests, and removal requests can be submitted through the contact form. A request does not guarantee a particular outcome, but miaminos will review it under its source and correction procedures.
12 · Privacy
The Privacy Notice explains information handling.
The miaminos Privacy Notice describes information collection, purposes, providers, retention, choices, safeguards, and privacy requests. It forms part of the site's operating rules but does not convert optional email topics into required communications.

The service and its content may change.
Miaminos may correct, update, remove, suspend, or discontinue content or features. It does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every source, calculation feature, account function, or external link will remain available. Material Terms changes will be identified by a new effective date and communicated where required.
14 · Warranties and liability
Educational information has limitations.
The website and tools are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, miaminos does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Educational information and calculator results do not replace independent verification or advice from a qualified professional.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer protections.
